Calling all freaks, Witchazel opened up FREAK FEST 98 last night.
This show marked the first performance with mighty DAn Barkman on drums. The overall response to this new line up was more than favorable.
Not everything went as planned of course. In an unexplained tragedy it seemed that the official Witchazel tour bus mysteriously disappeared somewhere over " The Berea Triangle" just days before the show. Fearlessly the group found a replacement hours before show time. Special thanks goes out to Brian Hall of the Willus Music Company. He and his Lordmobile saved the day for the three rockers. Witchazel still seeks a permanent replacement for the lost bus, but is determined not to be slowed down by its loss
After the past month's losses Witchazel rocks on. They plan to clear the air on the air in an early morning interview on Tuesday, September 8th. So listen to Z103 for this broadcast with Sticky. We apologize for not giving you the rest of this newspiece. The original piece was lost during the great Beer Palace fire of December, 1998.
